Jan Groenen, founder of Verdi Consulting
Over the years I have led companies through turnaround as interim CEO and CRO, served as CFO and supervisory board member, and worked side by side with teams across Asia, Latin America and Europe. My approach is pragmatic and hands-on. I make the difficult decisions a business has been avoiding, always with respect for the people who make it work.
The approach

Shareholders and boards often step in late, when the room to manoeuvre is already narrow. An experienced outsider can set the essential priorities quickly, restore financial control, and rebuild the operation while keeping the right people on board.
